Joseph L. Gleason: Owner, Gleason Tax Advisory Group

Joseph Gleason is the president and owner of Gleason Tax Advisory Group, LLC.  Mr. Gleason has over 12 years of experience in helping  people develop strategies to achieve their financial goals.  He has used his knowledge to help retirees and pre-retirees, like yourself, increase lifetime income and reduce your tax burden, while minimizing the devastating effects of market risk.

Joe's committment of lifetime growth and continuing education has him widely recognized as one of the leading money managers and educators in Maricopa County.  His values-based financial strategies help his clients make smart choices about money, develop strategies to minimize the impact of taxes and inflation on their investments, and help protect wealth and create legacies for their families.

Joe is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.  His licenses, designations, and affiliations include the Series 6, Series 63, Series 26, and Life, Health, Property & Casualties Insurance licenses.  He is married and the proud father of three children ages 7, 5, and 3.  He and his family reside right here in Surprise.

Janette Gleason:  Director of Marketing

Janette Gleason is our marketing specialist & payroll manager.  She is Joe's wife and helps with the day to day decisions of Gleason Tax Advisory Group, LLC.  She currently works from home to be with their three children.

Pam Brace:  Office Manager

Pam Brace is our office manager.  She started at Gleason Tax Advisory Group, LLC in January of 2007 as an assistant during tax season.  She has since moved up to office manager, and now assists clients with completing paperwork, answering questions, scheduling appointments and contacting different companies regarding their policies.  She also takes charge of setting up educational seminars and special client events, held throughout the year.
